Has anyone used the flyefit gyms? Are they well equipped?

Nearly all gyms are equipped enough to get anyone healthy and in shape if the desire is there for each person. Question is how serious and motivated the gym user is?

I use them regularly, some are better than others. Macken St is awful IMO, all the equipment is old and worn, and always packed (shocker!). SCR isn't too busy after 7 in the evening I think, could be worse. Dundrum is the best I've been to, never too busy at the weekends but haven't trained ther during the week. Went to Swords one weekend and it's Strength & Conditioning area is quality

FlyeFit gyms are pretty good. I recently left to join a different local gym though. FlyeFit was always way too busy.
