Presume this is in relation to tired driving
After four hours driving last week (Sunday) - had to pull in - walk round the car in the breezy conditions and after ten minutes was able to continue. Scary stuff but when you feel fatigue coming on stop and take a break!
Was only 15 mins from home but that didn't matter - was glad to get home |

Caffeine doesn't take effect immediately, if you drink it fairly quickly and nap for 15 minutes, you will have maximum (although short-term) recovery from extreme tiredness afterwards. |

Driving long distances can be very tiring and it's worse than being d*unk . I've been there use to drive long distances around Ireland. I did fall asleep at the wheel in England at 4 in the morning. I was very lucky I did not crash . |
