What do people think of girls with muscles? I'm not talking about body builders, just women that can lift a dumbbell. Ive heard negative comments that they're "manly" etc...
But I don't think there's a sexier site than a girl with a round ass and round shoulders... |

Lifting weights. Being toned. Doesn't have to be all muscley ( is that even a word??)
Stamina and strength are sexy on a woman.
Lifting dumbellls requires balance and strengthens the muscles quicker.
Bring on the dumbbells  |

Let's not judge a lady who lifts or doesn't lift...
They are women and they judge themselves enough without us saying if they should lift or don't.
Health is the main goal for training not just astethics |

I weight train 3-4 times a week and can lift heavy ( for a woman lol ) to achieve that bodybuilding physique a woman has to be really strict with her diet .. to an extreme .. and i love food to much to look like that lol |
