I have no problem showing. Its when they want a face pic without even chatting. And as the opening message I feel its a bit much.
Especially as the majority dont reply with their face pics.. And will outright refuse unless they want to meet.
2 way street in my opinion. If you want a face pic as an opening message you should show your face out of fairness |

I would agree in that I won't meet anyone without seeing a pic first. And I always send mine if we agree to swap.
But if someone just sends me one without any discussion I tend to ignore it... unless I'm interested  |

No problem sending face pics but after I get a feel for them in mails first, I ignore requests for face pics first and won't send one just because they ask in their profile

I agree to OP. I have seen many profiles saying send your face pic in the opening message to get a reply and they dont have no public pictures on their profiles.
Why would you ask for something you dont want to do for others?
Sometimes, profiles on here make me laugh to see how contradictory people's statements are to what they actually want.

I don't just go by a persons looks. Attractiveness is a lot of things and personality is far more important than looks although looks do count to a degree. It would be much more appealing to spend a few hours with someone you could have a bit of banter with as well as good sex, rather than a really attractive person who had no personality.

We don't share face pics even before meets. We generally like to meet in a public place beforehand or arrange our meets following M&Gs or parties. If you dont like what you see then we're adult enough to accept a "no thank you, not for us". Though we're no Shrek & Fiona and don't think we've disappointed yet! |
