Yep the banter threads are fewer lately and there seems to be less posters (because of the bitching imo) they are still here but seldom post.

Hopefully it will lift with the good weather Pmsl

As for former fabbers gawd there are so many lolli, Rosie, kaiser, lion (the weirdo) misscar, missX, laelaps to name but a few!

It only happened again a couple days ago ...New poster and couple others explaining why they were apprehensive of posting and the usual proved their point in a matter if a few minutes... All 3 scared off with the piss take.

I miss when fab was fun...

A way to get away from "real life"....

Make friends....

When it was an open minded activity..

When there was no judgement regarding sexual orientation...

Have filthy sex...

I miss the forums making me laugh...

I miss banterville....

When people actually had morals and stood up to bigots...

It's all too political now...

I've often ranted and for all the reasons stated above, and what some people call bullying it's another persons sticking up for another person...guilty of that too...you all are!

So pull the neck in and make it fun again...

I found the forums were way more fun a few years ago, now it seems all most want to do is have a sly dig at someone, pretty pathetic really. Things said to me here used to bother me but Hal has made me realise that it's a bunch of mostly faceless people that I'll never meet so why even care what their opinion of me is. And he's dead right, I couldn't give any less of a fuck what people on the forums think of me, most have never even had a convo with me to make any judgement. The forums isn't all fab has to offer at all! It's only a tiny part, concentrate more on chatting to people you like and you'll probably find fab a whole lot more rewarding, it works for me

I find having a goldfish mind here makes it easier.

Fun, forget, possibly fun again.

Then when you look at a profile but can't because they've blocked you, for example, you have forgotten that you were Friends here before and had promised your Fab cherry to them.

You get all heated up about Fab being in the papers and radio, because you forgot the last time it happened and, after all, nothing really changed.

You forget that the forum's were more fun, much more slagging and craic, all taken with a pinch of salt and given back without the threat of lawyers or a bitch block.

Days before women posted the same 20 pics of themselves again, after having posted the same ones 3days ago! (UK particularly)

Ah yes, days of yore but I only think about them as a dream as I'm a goldfish and this is my second time circling the bowl!

Rant/swim over. Yes I'll be circling bowl again in 2mins so anyone that wants to give me lackery about it, be quick, or I won't acknowledge you as I won't remember. Best Fab situation (assume northern accent for last part for maximum effect) and fuck any begrudgers, I couldn't be arsed!
