What is it with guys on fab that are really keen to meet you but let you down??

We leave the nice ones veris so should fab have a list we name & shame the ones that let us down??

Anyone feeling frustrated??

For reasons that should be obvious, it's not allowed. If you're having a recurring issue of no-shows, you might need to examine your selection methods.

I've suggested a system like verifying for repeat offenders to get a red tick like the green verification but shouted out by the vocal few that would be in fear of having it applied to them, I even made it clear that the reporting would need to include screenshots confirming the meet and so forth, only for that to be ignored cause people would abuse it.

When you report a user there is a option for reporting no shows. I would hope that if this happened on more than one occasion admin would do the necessary steps...

i was let down last week with couple all aggred the nite before for 6:30 in the hotel and no show really pissed off

I haven't got a fuckin clue how to alter a screen shot. I can't even takea screen shot on a phone!. But plenty of more technically minded people about than I am. (The other stuff you wrote went over my head I'm afraid).

I change my very good friends name on my phone to someone I don't like. I then get her to send me a message confirming our meet. I then report to admin with screenshot (that I got my very good friend to take) that this person didn't show up. 3 TIMES no less. (Yes, more fool me). - hey presto that person is now on the naughty list.

I'm talking about on site messages, why would admin entertain non site issues?

Confirm the meet on the site and then be able to reference the message so admin can confirm, and bang on the naughty list after strike three.

The lack of accountability/consequence is one of the problems with the site.

You sign up, you agree to the T's and C's you abide by the rules and if you're spineless enough to stand people up repeatedly you should be held accountable and sent packing.

Yes. Who to believe is the biggest question. I've seen numerous threads about no shows fall apart when it turns out that not all is as it seems. The person accused of the no show has usually been castrated in their absence before a different version of the story appears.

And how do you know they're not?

The site has a system in place, they seem happy with it.

These people just start a new profile & do the same again, what you need is a system to deal with them, then you don't have a problem.

Quite a lot of the wasters are already verified and the veris are hidden

The reason?

We have a mesh of verification's on here one person multiple accounts and they cross veri. Admin should deal with this but it would be extremely hard to pin it down for certain.

Well there is an unfortunate truth is what he says. Mine are hidden because of jealousy by a couple turned down who sent nasty PMS to them. Now I don't give nor recieve veris. Only need a couple to verify i am who i say i am and that's all that's needed.

When this account got set up i needed to be verified so i could chat in the chatroom so a very helpful mod helped me out

Both profiles are couples profiles as we are a couple that meet some couples or some singles to spice up our life as a couple that got married as a couple and are now a couple that is called a married couple. Very happily married couple actually.

I think by simply reviewing our conversation here it shows that all profiles can be deceiving by accident or by intention.

What about the guys who've been verified by people who have left the site?

When a person leaves the site so does the veri's they left, all that remains of the veri is in the veri summary

there is messers on here who never want to meet but there is also women here and you havnt a clue are you coming or going with them. vast majority want fun but playing the waiting game when drawn out gets very tedious. the biggest thing that's hard to get ur head around for me on here is u get chatting to someone, a few messages later gone, message tomorrow, no reply, message next week same scenario again. women speak about "getting to know you" before meeting but that's difficult with chatting like that. I know inundated with messages is a big thing so I often ask for kik early as it's easier chat there but alot won't give their kik even though it's not a number.

A system like ebay would be good, you can see the good and the bad. And you can reply to your verify and give your excuses

and the bad ones can clear off your profile after a year or something. It could work
