How do you like your lamb?"
I like a roast leg of lamb. I've tried the rack a couple of times but it doesn't come out as good for me sadly. |

How do you like your lamb?" If you slice a few cloves of garlic and then insert them into slits you make in the lamb with a knife before roasting , the garlic flavour permiates the lamb while cooking . Delicious . That and some fresh Rosemary |

Never slice slits into red meat if roasting it lets all the juices out and will dry up your meat. Tie butchers twine around it out garlic under it and sprigs of Rosemary on top salt and pepper and a dash of red wine over it. Save juices for gravy.
That's how I roast my famous.
LOL. (Leg of lamb) |
