Who needs a gym when you get to be outside working. I spent two chopping up an old tree this morning and while most will think that's stone age stuff I guarantee I get more satisfaction than those running on a treadmill looking at a wall |

what is this work you speak of??
running in the rain up the side of a hill is better craic than a treadmill anyday |

Warm fresh milk cooling in a bucket of well water, warm eggs from the ladies, next farm down's bacon with no added water & the mobile shop....ee ba gum.

While I agree with the principle of outdoor work exercise, I've so many things that need to be done up on my hill, it'll do me for the next couple if years to come, not looking for more.
Chopped up one of the trees Doris brought down but still have another one to go. besides all the gardening |
