Depends on the party
House parties are very different to meet and greets, which are more social events
If in doubt, always ask the hosts

Meet & greets are usually in public venues - bar or hotel - think of it as a social night out...amongst people who have a similar interest  mingle and get chatting - that's their purpose |

My first m & g was nervous as hell. Knew no one. Just to chat to few lady's in here. Met them at the bar, they were great. All in all good night.go to pre drinks if you can. Great ice breaker. Enjoy be yourself.. |

So, would this all go for single males too? Is there a stigma attached to single males attending such events? I mean, single women are probably there coz they're actually interested in the lifestyle, but there might be a notion that single guys might only be there for the easy lay.  |

You don't need something to settle d nerves . Just go and relax and be yourself . Chat with everyone. Go all around chatting to different people . Even body is there for d same reason as you . To meet other people to make good friends . You don't need to get d*unk a few social drinks but enjoy yourself . |

most meet and greets have single male places, not many for unverified though so get yourself in early when looking for an invite. It's a night out with people that are members of a website not an orgy most people are friendly, well apart from me. |

It doesn't matter how many we have been to I still get very nervous but I have to say some of the m&g and socials were the best nights out I've had . It's great to be able to chat and mix with people who are on your wavelength . It is just like a night out in the pub with friends you just haven't met yet  , predrinks are great way to start the night and if you had someone there to hold your hand even better . Enjoy |

We host social parties and have some guidelines for everyone
1. YOU MUST have the correct a ticket to attend.
If you do not have the correct ticket you may be refused admission without refund.
Couples must arrive together
2. The location must never be given out.
3. “NO THANKS , MEANS NO”. NO disorderly, rude or obnoxious conduct will be allowed and you may be asked to leave and will not be invited back.
4. Please watch your alcohol intake. Unruly or DRUNKEN BEHAVIOR WILL NOT BE TOLERATED. You will NOT be invited back if this happens; besides, this kills the mood for YOUR enjoyment.
5. Every thing we do is legal SO NO DRUGS or prostitution of any kind are permitted on the premises!! Anyone found using or having drugs will be BANNED PERMANENTLY from the parties.
6. ANY DISAGREEMENT AND YOU SHOULD LEAVE, FOR EVERYONE’S SAKE.
Arguing takes away from the mood of the party and may cause you to be BANNED. So it is important to have your rules set with your partner before the party.
7. Couples must arrive between 9:00pm and 11 pm on Saturday night.
8. Closing time is 1:00am. There is no re-admission.
9. The dress code is smart casual. If you MUST, blue jeans are ok if they are not holey, dirty, ripped or ragged.
Please, no baseball hat worn during the party.
10. Couples MUST arrive and LEAVE as a couple.
11. Alcohol is sold on the premises and therefore no one entering will be allowed to bring their own onto the premises
12. NO audio tapes, video or cameras, allowed. They will be confiscated and you will be liable for damages and content from the evening will de deleted.
If you must have cell phone use only to exchange numbers. No Facebook check-ins.
13. NO alcohol is allowed outside of premises. Please pre-book a taxis and have them collect you at the door
14. NO one is obligated to participate in any activities!!!
15. Smoking is allowed in designated areas only.
16. Cleanliness is a must. The bathrooms are stocked with your hygienic needs.
17. NO type of business venture or selling is allowed. That means, NO prostitution allowed.
