I've never used a chat up line. I've always felt that there is a real falseness in them. A way of duping the other person. They also suggest, to me, a lack of self confidence. I've always been happy with the person I am and my ability to talk to people. I also realise that we aren't for everyone, so a fear of rejection has never been there. |

Well Ms. A, I just wanted to share a personal feeling of mine and experience on the subject of chat up lines. I didn't realise that by doing so, I'd be responded to with cheap easy gutter sarcasm. If I wanted that, i'd go onto Tw*tter and search out that imbecile Frankie Boyle. |

The thread is only a bit of fun, I'm sure people don't use the majority of these lines...
But I don't see how having a giggle with a chat up line could bring anyone to the conclusion that it means the person has a lack of confidence, the opposite in fact!
And as for Frankie Boyle I prefer Roddy tho...
My sarcasm only follows my mind so easily known...

Roses are red,
So are your lips ,
You should sit on my face
And wiggle your hips
