How long should unverified accounts be allowed to trade here

"Way to many accounts/timewasters set-up, it's ruining the place, how long should they be allowed to be active?"
As long as they want, just look at Donald Trump trying to exclude people. Inclusion is a good thing in my book. |

Well I'm on here 5 months or so unverified, initially just to look around. Got to like the place now and I am more active.
I was signed up to the coffee meet last week and couldn't make it due to work commitments. I am genuine and just not ready to commit yet. I'm still getting over a very long relationship.
So some are genuine here and I will be verified soon enough.

Fab can be very daunting at the beginning. Some take longer to take that first step. Can't put a time on it just because of the time wasters. You get them on all the sites so as Doghunter says try using filters they do help. And the non time wasters take your time and enjoy once you take your first step  |

They should be allowed stay here as long as anybody else...no rule to say you have to meet and have to get verified...and it would be a pity if there was....plenty just here to enjoy the site...and id say verified timewasters/fake profiles are more of a problem than than the non verified ones. |

Why does it matter to you op? The same thing could be said for hidden verifications or those with not enough verifications etc or say people from Cork.
The site is free it attracts people because it's free and if people want to just chat or what ever then it's up to them. |

But reckon as part of joining process everyone should be photo verified
Only takes a few mins
I ve no problem males being here
But when they start to pretend there a cpl or a fem
That just pisses everyone off

I was on here for over a year before I got verified....I had had one or 2 meets but the people involved aren't into veris. So just because someone isn't verified doesn't mean they haven't met |

As long as they want, who are any of us to decide they are timewasters or they should leave the site? They could be taking their time getting to know people or assessing if this place is for them. Or maybe they are here to make friends or join in on the forum. I've never seen any rule stating you must meet x amount of people to be considered genuine here. I personally have never had any issues with time wasters, if someone is not verified it's nothing to do with me and I mind my own business. If we happen to chat I ask then,simple and there could be many reasons. Every single person started off here the same and unverified and no one has the right to tell others how they should use the site. (Now peolpe setting up fake meets or fake pics etc is not something I've encountered to my knowledege so I can't comment on that)

I do think things need to tighten up re faker bakers but not sure if time limits is the way to go. Do feel within reasonable grounds what people do with their own profile is their own business but think it would be interesting to see the level of effort put in if there was a clock ticking away in the background.
am sure people would find a way around it though and those that didn't would be eternal newbies
