Theres no point in starting to sing 99 sheep falling off the wall then?
99 flocks of sheep on a wall
99 flocks of sheep!
One fell down
And buckled its crown
So weve 98 flocks of sheep on the wall....
97... ..
96

"Do we all have guilty secrets keeping us awake ?
Yes, I'm secretly a man and my cock is massive.
Don't tell anyone though!
I knew that wasn't a strap on "
Did it not feel real, CJ?

"Hello is there anybody here "
Yep.
If people are finding theyre waking up wrecked its because youre waking up during the wrong part of the sleep cycle so you go from being in your deepest sleep to wide awake so it screws you over.
Everyones is slightly different but on average its about 1.5 hours a cycle so you can try and work it out and set your alarm for that. Or if that wouldnt work for you there are also apps that monitor your sleep cycle and wake you at the right moment so you dont feel shitty firat thing in the morning all the time. |

And the worst thing you can do is use your phone or tablet within 2 hours before going to bed.
The blue light stimulates your brain snd stops it from shutting down for sleep.
So put the phone away hours before bedtime and let your body wind down and give yourself a chance to relax.
Phone free zone after 10pm.. |
