What's the Use of the Wink option?

Is there shy point in using the "Wink" option? From what I've read the girls don't like receiving em, and if you're pals with someone you'll like or message them. And if you get a wink, if you mail the person who winks will they reply? It's all a bit mad Ted  |

When we get a wink we take it to mean "I'm a desperate guy pretending to be a couple and I'm fantasizing about you jumping on me anyway...", if we get a message from a couple we take it to mean that we got a message from a couple. Winks are useless, we don't even seem to get notified of them consistently. Lots of other things this site needs more. |

Someone puts up a thread about winking, you say if you are in and if someone winks at you and you wink back, they send a message...Gets people chatting. |

We always hoped, somewhat naively, that putting up a profile would get people chatting to us.. what's a couple got to do get fucked 'round here?!  |

Hence we only use that option for a game. It's frustrating when you get messages from people who have obviously not read it.

We generally ignore winks unless we're very attracted to / interested in the pics of whoever sent it.....we're very shallow
However, we usually reply to mails, even if there's not a strong initial attraction. |

We find it works anyway. Saves messaging unnecessarily- we would tend to put a bit of effort into our messages so it was getting frustrating when they would unanswered. so at least this way if they don't wink back then message received and we haven't wasted much time |

Having filters on I only get winks from those I have already engaged with. I like others on the thread, will wink at a sexy guy, lady or couple if I see them as a potential meet and wait and see  |
