Did you know that breakfast literally means " break the fast"? So if youve not eaten from, lets say 8pm the night before, its only natural that 12/14 hours later, your stomach will think your throat has been cut.
To keep your energy levels up, eat some protein for lunch like eggs , chicken breast or turkey breast on a wrap. Yogurt is good too. Snack on peanut butter with some crackers in the afternoon to ward off sugar cravings and go easy on the sweetened drinks. |

I know I always eat my breakfast it's so important! I've no energy all morning over it ..just had some scrambled eggs,bacon and wholemeal toast and I feel so much better!
