I'm a picky eater but love to experiment with things I like.
For example: I make a mean turkey burger. I chop red and yellow peppers and red onion into tiny pieces, mix them in with the turkey mince and make a patty. Then, fry it on the pan until just about done. Add some Cajun powder and make sure it covers the whole burger.
While this is going on, the grill has been heating up. When the burger is done I then cover the top of it in grated cheese and mixed herbs and put it under the grill until the cheese has melted over the burger.
It's quite amazing if I do say so myself |

Sounds nice but I'd make an alteration to the recipe
Cup of breadcrumbs some chopped garlic drop of olive oil a beaten egg spoon of tomato purée pinch of salt good whack of pepper and some oregano. All mixed in together with the bits in your recipe.
Makes really moist burgers |

Sounds seriously good.
I am fairly adventurous in the kitchen but back to my cooking
Love cooking and make great soups, Italian food and traditional but love my salads and roasts.
Could not leave this thread without mentioning Miss K's pork crackling roast mmm never had the likes of it, she does the best crackling ever.

Well I won't be eating it for another few hours if that's any consolation as it's my dinner for work later.
Enjoy your grapes though |
