So 3 nights this week, been asleep at 11 and awake again at 3..what the hell!! Any reasons? On the dry and doing a detox at moment..could it be that? Or just the horn!! |

You should visit your GP to help you identify why you have insomnia. It could be something simple like excess caffeine during the day or eating too late before bed. Irregular sleeping pattern or poor sleep habits like napping during the day could be a factor.
At the other end of the scale, it could be stress related, if youre taking medication or have a medical condition.

Been having similar disturbed nights myself. Yes, I gave up drinking week nights January and just a single malt at weekend but I think it's more about changing weather than anything else. Just my opinion. Storms last night and a sick child meant no sleep longer than an hour or two. Who knows!
Back on beer tonight, so expecting a long, sound sleep but wife is on the expensive wine so not guaranteed ![](/icons/s/mrgreen.gif) |

Cheers for that..Yea much similar..too much drink during the week leading up and during Xmas, so nothing during week now in January..could be the cause of it!..And yea a few beers tonight, and herself away for the full night..so likely no stress and a good sleep!! |
