Being serious if it was a long relationship take some time for yourself to get over it. Do thing's you enjoyed before that relationship, go out with friends etc. It obviously ended for a reason so think of it as a new start. ![](/icons/thumb_up.png) |

"
whats the best way to get over the breakup of a replationship? "

Depending on length of relationship can take a little time to get over
For a guy though, hitting the gym and letting off some steam is usually a great first step.
Also good to go out for a pint or coffee with one of your male friends. If it's a mad male friend, he'll probably fix you up on a blind date or "know the perfect girl for you."
So, no harm in dating or even just meeting a few single Fab ladies for a coffee and a good natter. No pressure to rush into sex, just have fun being single again. Best of luck with it mate ![](/icons/thumb_up.png) |

Keep busy, focus on yourself, exercise and gym like people suggested. If a lot of time on your hands do something with your time, do something you always wanted to do bit didn't have the time. And I disagree that drink will help...stay away from places and things that will remind you of your ex, and most important is to give yourself time..things always happen for a reason, good luck OP ![](/icons/s/2/cute.gif) |
