Sorry , im not one to rant , but by fook im fumming , just found out that a male "friend" of my brothers spotted us in Limerick at a swinger event and then he decided to tell my brother about it , then he told the rest of my family , my mum decided to tell me as she knew the family are talking about us every time we go away, so she thought we had a right to know .

I thought people liked to be discreet here , but some single guys dont seem to care and love to blabber about their sex life and gloat about being a swinger to show off .

Seriously when i find out who it was , which i will , thats the end to ur profile on here as i will let everyone know you love to talk

You should be angry with your brother too, he had no need to carry the sad footers story, something similar happened to us or rather a neighbour of ours, we met a guy a gave him an idea of where we lived at which point he told us he had been with a couple close by to us, he not only gave us the address but also their names, turns out son plays ball with theirs and we are regularly on the touch line together cheering them on, he claimed he was discreet as well

It's a horrible thing to happen, but the content of your post suggests it happened a while ago (where you say your family have been talking about you every time you go away). I know you're both fuming, and rightly so, but it seems like your mum and you have a really good relationship, and it seems like being 'outed' hasn't affected that too much. That leaves you free in many ways more than you might have felt before. Embrace your newfound freedom.

I don't understand the idea of if you're outed be proud. Some thing's we like to keep private and that should always be respected.

I do wonder about single guy's with their face pics on display, if you have no regard for your own privacy how would I trust you with mine.

I'm happy for those who tell their friends and family about what they do, it doesn't mean everybody else does or wants to.

I'm sick of guy's telling me about meets, who they've fucked and the pic sharing of faces etc. Totally off putting and I just blacklist them with a nice note on their profile to avoid.

That's fucking shocking. We always say screw it if we meet someone at an event or meet that knows us. We're in it together as a married cpl and frankly if we meet someone we know swingeing there doing the v same thing. And quite frankly it's usually the single people both sexes included btw that insist on must have "descretion" bla bla bla that were dubious especially the 30 to 40 ish age demographic. Let's be honest generally the married age and most likely on here on the sly. We feel terrible for yee guys and we agree with some other content re your brother. Where is the descretion there. I think it's an awful that this guy did and agree with a previous comment that the brother who is family would make me more livid but to set this friend up with fake meets and for you to agree that this is a good idea is deplorable too and then for others to agree that is also acceptable by established formites.....shaking my head.

So he saw a couple at a party, we actually don't know what happened at the party either....maybe he had a bad experience which some do and was sharing that with the brother whom I assume to be a friend and may then have said...oh i saw your brother and partner there too. We don't know all the facts. The brother should never have said anything to anyone else other than speak to the OP maybe.

A guy in Limerick recognised me over Christmas and put my full name in his status until I was lucky enough to spot it. Still wont tell me who he is . At least he had the respect to take my name down.

Discretion is key for privacy.

Hopefully the family will get over it soon enough and be happy that you two are happy.

I bumped into ye at the social in Cork last August and ye were having great craic.
