Depends how it's done and in what situation.

For example, d*unkenly giving oral to a girl or guy standing up in the middle of an orgy. Not at all.

Slowly kissing him or her all over and stripping him or her as you do in a one on one situation, so much more so.

Also depends how its done and what the reactions from the receiver are.

I would say though overall, it's slightly more intimate for a man to kiss a women that way. It's definitely more erotic when done well.
