It stands for Autonomous sensory meridian response.
Basically it's the tingly feeling you get, usually on the back of your head/neck when you're really relaxed.
You should search it on youtube and just watch a few videos and see for yourself.
Yes it is really weird, especially the first time you watch a video. You're thinking what on earth am I watching. But after a while I found they did really relax me, and it is a lovely feeling! |

Well there are so many people making them these days and so many variations of videos that it's all down to personal preference!
My personal favourites are Cranial Nerve Exam/Eye Exam videos. They never fail to relax me |
