I'm actually dumbfounded by some of the comments on there. It's like we're back in the last century or something. Sure, swinging isn't for everyone, but Jesus the hate in some of those comments is just palpable. |

Some people think swinging is not normal. They can't understand for eg how a man can get enjoyment seeing the woman he loves, get fucked by other men then others embrace it as them Been open but I'd say at the moment you have more who think it's not ok then think it's ok. |

Needless to say, its virtually ALL women commenting on it in the negative. Ah irish women, dont u just love em... |

It's possible that the reason why it's mostly women commenting on that piece is because it's mostly women that would have any interest in Ireland AM, and therefore by extension, its facebook page.
I'm sure there are plenty of closed minded men too, they just haven't seen this.
The irony is that there's definitely more than one of those women's partners staying up late to sneak a wank to some porn on the family laptop, or chat to other "like minded men" about how he wishes his wife was more fun in the sack and would fuck other people with him.
Hilarious. |

I don't think most people are close minded I think they do wanna explore more but there after what there partner or husband might not agree with her/him but sometime people build attraction to some1 else wen having fun which has happen in the swinging sence I have seeing a couple ruin there relationship on here but what meant to me will be but fab same to be a lot different then other swinger sites but that part off life and another question to ask urself is your man/woman really attracted to you if she befores having fun with other man just saying not judging?? |

Luckily I don't have to read those comments as I've no Facebook account to access Ireland am fb/online. It doesn't need a lot to imagine the narrow minded comments. It's often people that are sexually frustrated, either suppressing their sexual desires out of shame, prudishness, shyness, catholic guilt and being unbearably uptight or cos of their partners are crap lovers. |

It's the "vows" comments and "religious" mentions that I can't get over.
If you married recently outside a church, I believe "the forsaken all others" is not in your promise or can be left out.
Why should religion have any bearing on who I shag. Moses had a number of wives lol
As long as she loves me and I love her, what we do is only our business.
It is none of our children's business what our sex life entails, nor ours theirs, as I'm sure they don't want to know, no more than we do theirs.
Our tuppence worth lol |

Had a quick skim through, I don't know why I'm so surprised by it. These people probably think gay marriage is wrong and that abortions should be illegal. Hah and the ones who said marriage isn't about sex clearly they don't know what they are missing! |

These are comments from normal people who are non swingers and their comments are as you would expect.
From reading the comments the majority are saying live and let live and are in happy solid relationships and are not looking to have sex with multiple partners, their views are to be expected.
This is being blown out of proportion. |

Myself and the wife have just agreed last weekend that we could swing separately. We had a very open and honest discussion about our sex life and we both agreed that we had to be fully honest about it. I think the key to a swinging couple is honesty between the couple and having very clear boundaries while swinging. My wife has fully accepted the open relationship idea and has even surprised me to the extent she has embraced it
Just my tuppence worth on the subject

There's always begrudgers, growing up, i found in my local town the ones giving out communion were the ones of having affairs and one of them even a child abuser.
It amazes me in this day and age, so few people think that sex is important in a marriage. |

I was only talking to someone about this subject at the weekend. Whit irelands new found openness to gay and other life choices. Witch is a good thing. Swinging is more looking down on then being gay. |
