Your body is perfectly equipped tp detox itself if you stop pouring in the toxins

Unless your liver and kidneys are about to explode which they just might be you don't need to waste time or money drinking crazy expensive tea's or fad detox diets. They often do more harm than good. Water and balanced diet is enough and exercise is always a bonus

Lemon juice and hot water in the morning...add a shot of paprika into it if your adventurous and then drink 2ltrs of water during the day

Smoothies. Juices. Gluten vegan diet for a couple of weeks. Still eat your meats. No dairy speeds up the detox.

Heard on the ole radio box a warning about taking detox remedies, herbal etc. A woman had headaches, confusion, teeth grinding and convulsions before ending up in hospital because of low sodium levels in her body. I'd be weary of those type of thing's.

Plenty of water and fresh fruit and vegetables seeds and nuts. And don't forget your oats It's just eating clean.

I'm still trying to empty the goodies in the cupboard so detox is on hold for me for another while

Its not hard, go easy or stop the drink and smokes for a bit and eat a well balanced diet, lots of fluids, 8 hours sleep a night and a bit of excercise. Its all anyone needs to do to feel better.
