I'm totally out of sinc usually an early bird but these Christmas hols throwing my body clock well out of sinc .....Watching Ed Sheehan at least no alarm clock in the morning |

Just had a moonlight walk home on the beach, hopefully enough to make me sleep, to many late nights and lazy mornings, throwing my body clock all over the place and it's an hour later here than home. |

Am going to be getting a snack together soon too - feeling very peckish.

Well I have some smoked ham and smoked salmon in the fridge so am going to do up a wee platter with smoked jalepeno relish, sun blushed tomatoes and pickled onions to go with the ham.
I have some nice brown bread that shall be covered in creme fraiche and the salmon with a squeeze of fresh lemon and some dill fronds.
Then I am also going to make up a mix of sweet cherry tomatoes with a small bit of finely chopped red onion and fresh basil leaves to givea bit of freshness to it all (a bruschetta mix of sorts minus the bread).
So there you go ?? |
