Can't go to the gym for a while unfortunately as I had rhabdomyolysis a few weeks back and have to limit my excessive training until I get more blood tests in February to make sure I'm back to normal.

I have signed up to a local leisure center though so will be doing plenty of swimming starting tomorrow.

First week of January for me. Had great plans for November and December that I'd get a head start for preseason but work got in my way I'm sad to sad. Lots of hard slog now to get fitness back up.

2 January is the day I go back to the gym for some hard training for the next body building comp in October for the over 50s
