So
2 years ago I gave up the schmokes - I vape now but havnt had a fag since dec 3rd 2014!
Last year I gave up , red bull and lucozade, between the three I was drinking 5 - 7 litres of any combination a day Havnt had any of those since.
This year I'm planning on starting the gym or maybe taking up a martial art again - not sure - but it will be fitness focussed - need to sort myself out a bit in that regard.
So what are you guys thinking of doing and if you start will you follow through, or do you join the gym normally and then never set foot inside the door again till next year!
Whats the best New years resolution you ever did that worked and you still practise today? |

Well done on the smokes and fizzy drinks ...
Gave up smoking and coffee 2 years ago
Have the odd coffee but nothing in comparison to 4-5 coffees before
I work out
I eat clean
I rarely drink
I'd say just keep up what I am doing
I am happy with my life
Work hard
Play harder
And for God sake don't fall in love
I am done with relationships and dating and men thinking they can use me

I always make resolutions and tend to stick to them...
