I'm heading to Killarney for two nights with a few friends for new years

Can anybody suggest where is good to go for a night out? Particularly if you're in search of a female friend??

A bit of madness I suppose... I'd imagine all these places will be rammed for new years though? Probably spend most of the night queuing at the bar??
