A tight foreskin is called phimosis. It's a serious condition where the tissue gets more and more scarred. It needs looking at and for many a medical circumcision |

I'm the opposite. Ever since puberty it pulled back and stayed back. I look circumsised but I'm not, unless it's verrrrrrrrry cold out.  |

In my case it was easily rectified with a simple surgical slit |
