We have had all the what do you want for Christmas threads but my question to all you lovely fabbers is as 2016 draws to a close....what are you grateful for that you already have in your life?
I have had a rollercoaster year of good and bad...a real mixed bag but am so grateful for the special people in my life...none of it matters without them. |

"Awful year lost my dad last month and just grateful mam still hanging in there "
Awh sorry to hear that xx
This has been another year where bad health & death have played havoc but I'm still grateful for the good health, family & friends that I never take for granted. |

My condolences, loosing a loved one is very tough especially at this time of year and it's a very harsh reality when it is a parent. I hope your Christmas isn't too hard x |

Grateful to still have my mum and dad
Eternally grateful that my teens have the health to drive me to distraction with the usual antics teens get upto.
As another poster said health is wealth |

"Never really knew what it really meant but Can honestly say
Your health is your wealth
"
It is indeed. I started this year facing into spinal surgery and spent most of the year recovering. Looking forward to a pain free, op free year next year.

I'm grateful for my health, despite some issues I can still enjoy life as I want
Grateful that I have 3 healthy, intelligent children who are also decent human beings
Grateful that I love and am wholeheartedly loved in return
Grateful for a small number of real friendships that are standing the test of time
Grateful that I live in a modern peaceful country
Grateful that I have work that I enjoy which pays my bills and allows for travelling

In 10 years time you're in a pub quiz and the first question is " In what year .... don't even read the rest of it just answer 2016 you're bound to be right the amount of shite that's happened this year .
I am grateful for my family and friends though . Roll on 2017 |
