Anyone else in Dublin city having Internet issues with virgin?

My net was down yesterday. And u still can't log into fab via my lappy today.

Have you turned your modem off and back on again? I'm with virgin too and that's what I done when I got home today and is working fine again

Turn then modem off, pull the plug. Leave for 5 minutes. Turn it back on but don't connect any devices until the modems connected and then you should be fine.

Thanks guys I'll do that now.. Didn't think of the modem today bc I can log into fb and prime wire ok.

Virgin media was down yesterday and its intermittent today even though they said it was fixed.

Check out #prayfordaryll on twitter... Virgin are having some issues at the moment, however their social media term are trending as a result
