Ibuprofen based pain relief to ease the pain and inflammation. Clean it 5/6 times a day with sterile water. Wear a sports bra in bed at night and a padded bra during the day to give you protection until it heals.  |

I've used pure teetree oil on a cotton bud on other piercings before to help them heal faster, and as other's have said keep it clean and dry and don't wear clothing that will irritate it such as lace bras etc |

As others have mentioned keep it as clean as possible, also rotate the bar as often as you can, clean the bar with a sterile cotton bud, it'll take about 3/5 weeks to heal so that the bar can be moved without hurting, mine healed in 3. Best of luck OP |

The pain should die it will be tender and sore to touch I've both my nipples pieced it was grand after about 2 hours it's tender for abit when did you get it done |
