I see a lot of fetish threads where people want to try things. Curious as to why people older than myself haven't fulfilled these fetishes. Mine were all fulfilled by the age of 24. I haven't done sex with ripped yoga pants but only started liking that recently. But anyway, how have people in their 30's and 40's not fulfilled the urge. That'd drive me bonkers. |

You yourself just mentioned that there's something you've only developed a 'fetish' for recently; I'd say that's typically a big reason. We're all constantly learning and discovering things about ourselves, there's no limit to what can float your boat
Finding the right partner too, one that is not only comfortable being a part of your fantasy/fetish but that you would be comfortable opening up to about it in the first place. I imagine a lot of people feel they have to hide, for lack of a better word, what they like for fear of judgement from another.
That's the great thing about Fab, you're among like-minded adults where 'weird', hopefully, goes out the window.. for the most part |

All my fetishes fulfilled outside of fab. As well, lots say I have always wanted to try this or that. And they don't do anything about it. So it's not new fetishes, its lingering untried ones. As for finding a partner, I find most women are dirty minded so that's never been an issue. |

People in Ireland have become more open about sex in the past 10 - 15 years and with the advent of fast broadband, social media and the free exchange of information we're learning more about ourselves and our sexuality than ever before. The people you describe in their 40s like myself may not have been able to realise their kinks (or even accept them) ten years ago due to what society thought. They may have thought they were weird or alone in their thinking.
Everyone's awakening comes at different times OP, yours just came earlier. |
