I'm sorry mate, but I think you're referring to a 'Stealth wank' (wanking in close proximity to others undetected). This can quickly escalate into said 'Danger wank'.
I am going to assume you're in hospital for health reasons and not vocational.. But either one could technically be deemed a 'Danger wank' I guess.
My most dangerous wank was on Tour in Iraq 2003. We had to use the portaloos! But my mate topped that in Afghanistan by remaining in portaloo whilst the camp came under fire.
