Just curious but if you went out for dinner (or cooked at home even) and wanted to restrict yourself to just two courses out of the traditional Starter, Main and Desert then what two would you opt for more often than not ? |

"Ohh ive have a sweet tooth so main & desert for me plus i know you can cook op "
Hmmmmmm I don't bake so if entertaining always tend towards prepping starter and main and might have a shop bought something if still hungry for desert. Trying to decide between pork belly or lamb shanks for dinner tonight. If pork belly it will be Thai beef salad for start or if lamb will be bruschetta.......... decisions, decisions lol. |

Have opted for wings and shanks actually. But were I doing bruschetta it would be lightly toasted and rubbed by a clove of garlic prior to adding a topping of chopped sweet plum tomatoes, red onions and basil dressed with olive oil and seasoned with cracked black pepper and smoked sea salt. |
