While I am an animal lover, the funniest thing I ever saw was a calf run up to an electric fence and lick it! He kicked his two hind legs back simultaneously as the shit shot out of him did a half lap of the field and came back to lick it again!

I used it during pregnancy did.nt work..best way is to work it out just need the right ab regime..it has improved as I'm getting toner

My understanding of it was to continuously use it throughout pregnancy...you are not going to avoid all stretch mark's as that is impossible but it most definitely improves the situation, for me, I have very little but I don't even know why bio oil came into this conversation as the op wanted to know about toning his abs. I agree toning post pregnancy is great but yoga and gentle excessive during is fantastic too especially helps with the birth.

Clary sage essential oil a couple of drops in a carrier oil such as sweet almond or grapeseed will help but don't use if pregnant.

After 3 kids I cant get rid of my extra skin on my belly .. I play rugby and train during the week Ive lost weight and toned up arms and legs but no matter hat I do cant get rid of extra skin lol ..

Please don't do hundreds of crunches save your back and time

We can't spot reduce specific parts of the body by just exercising. Ab exercises will help your core and the muscles underneath but won't fat reduce on the stomach.

If you have flat stomach which it seems you have with visible abs then maybe yes do some but if people can't see anything but a belly then work on nutrition more.

Fat is a store of reserve energy that we don't use. Unfortunately men and women are different we store it in different places. Women's are stomach, ass and thighs so it needs to be an overall fat loss(not necessarily weight loss) to lean out

And cocoa butter is just fun when someone gets to run it on you, smells good and makes the body look good with those filters

Hi OP, Diet is going to be your main weapon of choice here, also depending on the strength of your core at the minute I would suggest rather than trying to tone the muscle, work in a smaller rep range to build muscle, you won't be any to build significant muscle so don't worry about turning into a body builder, I could send you a decent diet plan if you wish, let me know and I can sort you out with the plan

Agree with hal...All about diet really if you want them visible and cutting out all fast release cards like bread rice etc and replacing with a fuck load of veg worked for me in the past
