America is a complex country some areas being more liberal than others I can't imagine a swingers club in the Bible belt  |

Yeah I doubt they were very liberal in the south in that era, but I meant more the flower power 60s free love etc |

Yeah I doubt they were very liberal in the south in that era, but I meant more the flower power 60s free love etc"

That maybe the case but it has opened up a whole new world to openminded people just look at the amount of events in Ireland now compared to only four or five years ago |

Now in this present time. The 60s might have sparked the sexual revolution with the introduction of the pill in the uk but the catholic church had a huge say in family matters and procreation in Ireland. Its only in recent times that we ve become a more tolerant ,accepting society of those in gay marriages/ gay relationships and non monagamous relationships etc. Whos to say in the next decade, this lifestyle wont be so hidden and more accepted. Time will tell.  |
