Widely available in the UK, Maybe Amazon, IKEA? Look for a 5000-6500k indicator on the packaging. |

Light boxes too should help if you actually suffer from it. Most only have them for bedroom but can have then everywhere |

Is there an opposite of SAD?
As much as I love summer - warm weather, happy people. I also love closing the curtains, shutting the world out and sitting in the warm |
