Go to Silverstrand, take a walk up over the cliffs beside the car park and if it's quiet it's a great place for some outdoor fun

Neacthains for day pints and people watching if the weather is good. The Quay for a late bar. The House Hotel is a nice cocktail bar. Basically anywhere around Quay St is great.

What sort of pubs do ye usually find yourselves in?

I can recommend a few traditional pubs that will have good music if that's what you're after.

There's a great mix of different types of pubs in Galway.
