You may take off those Sherpa slippers, peel off the fluffy red blanket..and any other clothing........well maybe leave your underwear on, go outside and go for a brisk jog for 10/15 mins, when you get back you will love the warmth of the house, rde fluffy blanket n Sherpa slippers
