We will be staying in Malahide the last Saturday in October.can anyone tell us if the locals dress up for Halloween,we have always had great night's down there,Gibneys,Gibson n Wrights,places are always buzzing,but can't find any info for that Saturday night.all help appreciated. |

Yes the Saturday,we have been a few times and have had great times in both Gibneys and Gilbert n Wright's.
Definitely plan to visit both,just wondered if folk dress up for Halloween that night. |

Gibneys aka cougar town.lots of hot married women looking for younger studs lol....apparently it's a swing center for the area. We never saw it ourselfs but we've seen the cougars try hard. |

Gilbert n Wrights or as its know locally Cougar Town, love that bar, but it is turning into a bit of a cock fest now. I've many a fond memory which started in Cougar Town  |

I don't want to be that guy, but I did grow up in, and still have a lot of friends in North County Dublin. Gibneys I am afraid is not Cougar Town, Gilberts & Wrights lounge bar is. 
Gibneys was however, voted in the top 10 bars in Dublin to meet and pull women in. Now, I am going a good few years back, before Cougar Town (Gibert & Wrights) was even open. The front lounge and bar was always full of air stewardess and we've all heard the stories about them.
