You and me both, although I was a bit pissed off when one of the updates for the Galaxy S III destroyed the phone a few years ago, albeit temporarily until they organised a fix for it. |

we all in a flat spin over them in aviation, last thing we want is a fire you cannot extinguish on board, even worse when its in a box being sent back for a recall. At least in the main cabin we can empty the bar on it....
you would think they test thes things before they ask joe public to buy em..... |

I thought it was just a problem with some battery cells that were supplied by a sub contractor....? And people who bought them would get a brand new one? |

Thats true yes..people were given replacements and the replacements caught fire too. Samsung have asked owners of the note 7 to power them off and return them. |
