Any one any experience with pulled muscle in lower back. What to do to mend it. Done something in gym tonight. Slight pain from lower back and it feels very stiff.

Anyone got remedies for it.

Normally laying on the floor and resting your feet on a chair or the bed.So your core engages. Do it for 10/15 mins. should ease it.

I agree with Hiffiman

Tiger balm stinks to high heaven but its bloody good. Just keep ur back covered after applying it, let the heat do its job

I suffer with my back so I know what its like

Rest as much as u can, even though it is uncomfortable.

Hope ur feeling better soon OP

You'll need pain killers and relaxants tomorrow well. You mustn't of warmed up properly tonight plus make sure was a muscle and not anything more serious

No good for you now, or it may be, if you can look at it online. There's a book called, oddly enough, Mind Your Back. Anyone that's ever read it, that I know, swears by it. They say it has cured any and all back problems they have had and by doing the exercises in it, have prevented any reoccurring problems.

Hope that helps somewhat

Meath

I'd suggest you get yourself to a physio and don't leave it too long.

Try get up and moving about.

A warm hot water bottle will help get you moving.. but seriously. Don't let this just slide or it will be with you permanently.

This is what you need to do I'm in same boat again back at physio yesterday so there are light stretches lots of heat patches and nothing crazy but you need to walk and move around as well as resting it with the heat. Unfortunately ya can't rush it better and no magic cure I pull mine regularly ffs.

Anyway I hope you feel better soon !

Epsom salts bath will help aliveate it. Also if you have a foam core roller, try ease it out with that.
