What are locals so afraid of? I don't think i have ever spoke to someone local on this. They usually ignore n avoid you or block you immediately. Are people that scared that locals will identify them?? What's the big deal. It seems that the only way to get a meet here is to travel. |

It's the same reason why some people don't publish verifications (that's the boat I'm in). Discretion sometimes is aided by distance. I have crossed paths with another fabber but we haven't had the chance to sit and talk or anything. That's why I like the location function, you can see who is nearby. |

...yeah different strokes for different folks....i only look for people near by...people miles away ill likely never meet...dont get me wrong though....i wouldnt want to be saying hello to people passing by in the street or local shop...or vice versa....i use the whos near to find people near though...not to block and avoid them for being near..its one of my favorite features of the site.
