I was working in a house recently and both the elderly couple were as grumpy, but I was also working in a nursing home and they were delighted to see a new face and they loved the fact my snickers pants had loads of extra pockets

Well I'm not sure about that, the women of fab cleary prove that moaning and being a grump is a womans area of expertise.

It could be due to menopause, or because women usually stay at home and just get bored and narky. The younger/next generation may not be as bad.

...I would say the complete opposite. ...most of the whingy posts and threads on forums are started by men who complain about almost anything.

I find most women here are very good fun and have good conversations with them.

I think it may depend on recipient.

As you get older, you have less sympathy for whinging young wans and less of a need to listen to the inane drivel they spout, which is exactly the same shite you yourself spouted 20yrs ago.

Now, you know it's bullshit, so cut it short, to save the younger the time and yourself being reminded of what a gobshite you were when younger.

Simples.

Plus, as you get older, you're closer to dying and just want to get to the foreplay and orgasms sooner

As for gender specifics, yes men have less patience usually but are more cock driven and women like the foreplay, so tolerate the inane drivel lngwr.

i'm always gettin called grumpy but nothing could be further from the truth. I'm a very jovial person who loves to crack jokes and windups but my humour isnt for everyone - often I've made posts on facebook that could be construed as particularly scathing about someone/something, but if you look a little deeper there's always a humorous slant to it. kinda like frankie boyle but with the disabled baby jokes

I conceded to one or two people than maybe I have changed, but its not by becoming grumpy - my patience for people being shit friends is fitting between minimal and nil right now... drama queens, shit stirrers and what not, all get short shrift now but that's to keep me happy, not get me grumpy
