Hi Folks
Not long now and keep making requests for the song lists for the evening. We are working on putting it together.
Hope you are excited at the idea of everyone in mysterious masks and looking their best with clothes on lol.
On that note, I am reminding everyone this is a Masquerade Ball. Masks are a must for everyone, including gentlemen!
Ladies I have no doubt everyone of you will be stunning.
Gentlemen dress code - no jeans, no T shirts, no open neck polo shirts.
Trousers shirt, tie and jacket minimum. You would be better wearing a suit.
Preference to the gentlemen that make the effort for wearing a Tux.
I know the ladies will appreciate if the gentlemen put as much effort as they will for the evening to make sure it is a great night had by all.

Can I ask the organisers what they are hoping to do with the masks? Will it be a 'remove masks at midnight' scenario?
I've been at a masquerade ball before where maybe just over half brought masks then when those with masks walked in and saw lots without they removed theirs so the whole thing fell apart.
Can I suggest ye bring some cardboard and pieces of string and some scissors and if some come without just put them in the corner like a bold schoolchild and send them out into the crowd with their diy efforts, crayons optional   |

Ladies that are wearing contacts that don't normally wear them. Can I suggest you get eye drops from your optician. They will make the experience more comfortable for you. You can get ones called blinks they stop your eyes from going dry. |

I'm not going but happened to catch comment about masks....know it's too late for this one....but for anyone going to one in the future, I have a link to an amazeballs site for masks. I believe I'd get a ban for posting link but can pm it to anyone that wants it?? |

Debit cards will attract a charge each time they're used, get cash from an ATM unless these cash exchange places offer a better deal. |

Nothing dramatic just need her to resend her contact number
If anyone else has not sent us a mobile number they will not receive a text with the location of the event.

Thanks very much for all the kind messages. You all looked absolutely fabulous and we can't thank you enough for making the effort to be there and making the most of the theme.
This was my first time helping organise a function on fab and it was a steep learning curve, I can only apologise for anything I didn't quite manage to beat.
On a personal note I'm absolutely gutted not to have been able to get to socialise and get to know you all better, in case anyone didn't notice I took sick and had to leave, disappointed is an understatement! Hopefully I'll have the chance to catch up with you all again sometime soon.
