Definitely be careful if you're not used to knots. Keep a scissors handy, ideally a paramedics one with the rounded ends just in case! The Velcro sets are great to try out with for beginners. Apart from that the beauty really lies in being creative and using your imagination.
Enjoy, it's a great thing to begin. Wish I was starting again!
