cleaning out the fridge day , so a concoction of bits which yielded me baby new potatoes and 20 fishfingers.. fried ,added some mushrooms and red peppers, boiled the baby pots and chopped em up , whole lot banged into a big skillet and doused in garlic butter and topped off with shredded red cheddar , kids licked the plate .

Waiting for the chef to come back to the boat, hopefully it's a nice bit of fish she bought at the market, with a fennel purée and some roasted veg. just don't let it be spaghetti again. Cause we are in Sicily, she's being doing a lot of spaghetti dishes, there is only so many things you can do with 5 ingredients. Pasta, tomato, garlic, basil and olive oil. I bet you it's spaghetti again, I just know it.

Dunboyne & Dublin

BBQ smoked low and slow pork shoulder and brisket beef. I smell like a pikey but the smell, flavours and taste of it is just amazing!
