It makes no difference. I have both and they are all equally as challenging as each other albeit in different ways.

Oh my daughter hasn't reached that stage yet but I'm sure she'll be a barrel of laughs when she does!!!!

Parenting is hard whether they are boys or girls.

Boys..for wamt of a better word, theyre less of a worry than girls. I have boys in their late teens and early 20s and a daughter in her mid 20s. I found my sons easier to guide, hurling and football are their passion but closed down where girlfriend issues arose. I got the grumbling and door banging before eventually theyd say what was wrong. ( prepare for loadsa headaches );-) girls think the sky is falling in if the tan isnt right or a boy hasnt txt back but are fairly forthcoming on talking about any problems they have.

Its a mixed bag of hormones from both really.

They actually both as bad, just at different times when the hormones kick in.... And the good news is it continues into adulthood lol

I have both, but always worried more about the boys. When they get to a certain stage, they're a closed shop. It can be scary when you know they're deeply upset about something but they won't open up to you. On the plus side, boys can be very kind and helpful to others , whereas I find my girl is much more self obsessed.

Boys from the age they are walking till they are in early their teens, are hard work. You can not take your eyes off them, for even one second. It's like they are trying to find new and interesting ways to kill themselves, girls at that age are grand, sweat, innocent, little angels, but every coin has a flip side, once boys hit they're teenage years they practically raise themselves, and those sweat and innocent little angels you had for the last 11/12 years are gone, replaced with demon spawn who try and find new and interesting ways to put you in an early grave.

Boys definitely,,, I have both,,, my son being the eldest,, he is a mammys boy even at almost 19,,, boys are very sensitive,, more independant,, and just easier in general though boys or girls they all have to be brought up and reared to be happy,, sensible young adults,,,, my favourite saying when my girls are being drama queens and just being bitchy is 'give me a football team any day'. I've heard that saying fom a lot of parents when their girls are being drama queens

My son is 4 this month and he's been pretty amazing compared to my niece who's the same age, it's like she's not from this planet.

I've got a boy and two girls, all teens, the girls are far easier in my experience.

It depends on the individual.

Boys are inately more stupid and dangerous, they take far more risks and require far more watching when they're younger. Girls are generally more risk adverse and therefore take less watching. Then they become teenagers and you will never get a decent nights sleep again!

It's males between 16 and 24 who are the scariest for a parent in my book, adult physical capabilities with zero thought to the consequences of their actions

Id not call boys stupid but maybe more immature than girls at puberty stage. They dont fully grasp the understanding of what a sexual relationship is until theyre older.Girls differ in that sense at the same age ,as the female brain matures quicker than the male during puberty.

Admittedly based only on working with kids, I'd say girls.

The boys are usually the more challenging and foolhardy. Plus none of the girls have called me a twat, yet

Yes and when girls turn 16 you have to not only worry about them but all those boys too lol

I've two boys who constantly try murder each other with a daughter caught in the middle trying to mediate. Think all children/people are there own selves depends on their personalities
