Wow! Almost can't believe that it's been three years since Mr Mc and I decided to give this a go.
It barely feels like 5 minutes ago since we were getting ready for our first meet, with me sick with nerves.
We came here simply hoping to meet a lady to join us but somehow we evolved and it would seem that we are up for almost anything now.
Three years here has taught us loads, about ourselves and about other people. But if I were to take away one lesson from it all it would be 'you never know unless you give it a go'
So Fabbers, what lesson have you all learned here ........

On and off here bout 3 yrs too! I've learned alot about myself and others too. It's hard going as a single. You think you've it sussed and then something else surprises ya. I'm still literally dipping my toes in. Still so much I'd like to try, but find it hard to trust anyone on here really which makes the road a bit more difficult. But I've met some great characters on here also and have had some great laughs. I suppose my motto is 'Take it all with a pinch of salt and you be grand lol'
But keep your cards close to your chest.
For me parties and socials are the way to go. Meet loads of people and get to know them that way |

I think it's pretty hard for everyone here, bu I can only imagine how difficult it is as a single. You'll definitely meet the characters alright!

Still learning and from what I am reading I will be for awhile yet. Viewing it as a journey of discovery that I am on for now and hoping I don't get to the point where there is nothing new to discover about myself. I love the social side of fab...we are all as mad as each other here...some more so
It can be hard at times but worth it non the less. I have met the most amazing people and wouldn't change that for anything regardless of how it pans out. Each experience brings it's own challenges and rewards.

Well likewise, I wouldn't change anything either. Each experience has been education, there was something to be learned about myself or others.
I have learned that I'm a lot more shy than I ever realised... But I'm working on that too |
