This is my first time to miss it, it was starting to get messy when they started raising the numbers,it used to be 32500, then they raiaed it to 41000, plus 10000 for Sunday official ticket sales, another 3500 concession tickets to the bands, family & friends, they had 51000 weekend tickets last year plus the other extras I mentioned above, this year they sold 57000 weekend tickets.....plua the extras getting more like oxegen, not that I didn't enjoy them, just a different crowd, etc |

Must say I was pleasantly surprised last year that the extra numbers had little or no impact. Yes there's a younger crowd now, that was inevitable after oxygen going, but it hasn't made it anything like oxygen imo. |

we don't know that the crowd was that young last year to us it seemed like the perfect mixture lots for all ages to enjoy it's going to be an awesome weekend whoop whoop whoopee PS oxygen wouldn't even come close to electric picnic just our view |

I think the thing I'm most looking forward to at this stage is Jenny Greene and the RTE concert orchestra, covering the 90's dance classics. If it's anywhere near as good as the proms, it will be amazing. |

Not long to go now
So who's going to be brave and get in the lake? Will be freezing but bringing down the swimshorts just incase I get the urge ha. Those hot tubs are also looking quite appealing for the Sunday when it's nice out  |
