Some of the people I've worked for had nannies working for them, and I don't mind telling you, I wouldn't mind using some of their nannies and their properties for some fab fun.
I have had some after libertine club (swingers clubs in France) parties back on said bosses yachts, that I was working on before... Does that count?
Bonus points for being able to turn on the jacuzzi (no easy feat) especially with all that distraction of naked flesh and the free flowing champagne.......
Maybe next time I won't crack into the boss champagne, ended up being an expensive night. he doesn't drink plonk and it all had to be replaced |

Depends on what's allowed by the family . I've had au pairs and never minded them having friends over once agreeded first . One even had her boyfriend over from home for a couple of weeks . Once they behave appropriately in front of the children no big deal really . |

While working on a building job in a posh south dublin house, I got friendly with the Australian nanny. One day while the kids were in school she decided to go down under and suck my didgeridoo.

My first reaction to this was NO.
And then I thought about it.
A live in Nanny/au peres room/s are often separate to the main house. They live there, it's their home for the while.
Is there any reason they can't have a friend over? Assuming they aren't looking after the kids at the same time |

Agreed. They are not an unconditional nanny. They have a life and need to live it.
As long as they do their job and their private life doesn't affect/influence, or if hosts state, isn't seen by children, then all should be ok.
Simple stage of setting ground rules.
I'm wondering why OP asked the question though? |

She is a nanny not a nun...but it would not be ok in the main house and can't imagine even if she had her own space that it would be that private and am also guessing if there was a few different people coming and going that wife would immediately be looking for a new nanny! |

I am sure their employer would be thrilled that their nanny was allowing random men off a sex site into their home. Men that they know nothing or little about, but hey she's entitled to a shag.Vile beyond belief. |

I had sex with a nanny in Manchester years ago when the kids' parents were in France. She was live-in so seemed okay at the time. We did it in the parents' bed though lol |
